System Isoline
System Isoline
Advantages
Isoline is a special waterproofing sheet applied under the roof tiling. It is fully compatible with Marseille type roof tiles laid at 34 cm distances, or it can be used for all types of clay tiles by using wooden battens. the systems is known to form up absolutely watertight, perfect roofing systems which may incorporate heat insulation on option, together with Isoline sheets. An air space of 90 cm2/m resides beneath the Isoline gutters. This space helps to discharge the vapor inside the building before it condenses, creating an air circulation over the heat insulation materials. Additionally, the flow of air created among the roof tiles and Isoline allows rapid drying of roof tiles. Roof tiles are laid into the special grooves provided on the Isoline. By this technique, not only roof tiles are prevented from surging with one another but also the need for conventional rope tensioning technique, used in normal course of procedure to ensure a level and flat roofing, is completely eliminated. An aesthetically appealing look is thereby obtained with easy and fast workmanship. The system’s application onto the target roof is carried out with nails stroke at peak points of gutters. As waters leaking from beneath the roof tiles do always find a path to flow freely through the bottom part of gutters, impermeability is guaranteed at all times. For standard Marseille type tiles, it is considered enough to have flat battens laid at 34 cm distance. Compared with full deck roofing systems this application technique availed by the highly strong structure of Isoline provides up to 70 % savings from wood battens used for roof covering, while ensuring a significant reduction in the overall costs of roofing. And a spaced construction ensures a comfortable breathing for wood elements.
